What is QR code appointment booking?
QR code appointment booking lets a customer book with your business by scanning a square barcode with their phone camera. The scan opens your business's online booking page, where the customer picks a service, a date and a time. There is no phone call, no back-and-forth messaging and no paper diary to check.
With Metingz, every business that registers can activate a public booking page with its own unique QR code. You print or display the code wherever customers will see it. Each request lands in your dashboard, where you confirm or decline it, and both sides are notified by WhatsApp or email.
Not everyone will scan a code, and that is fine. Your booking page also has a link that you can share online, and customers who already have a Metingz account can find your business through the Book a Service page.

Create a Metingz account, then select “Register your business” in the navbar and complete your business profile. Once your public booking page is active, Metingz gives it a unique QR code and a booking link.
Do customers need to install an app?
No. Metingz runs in the web browser. Customers scan the QR code with their phone camera, and your booking page opens.
Can customers book without scanning the QR code?
Yes. They can open your booking link, or sign up, select “Book a Service” in the navbar and find your business there.
Do I have to accept every booking?
No. Customers send appointment requests, and you confirm or decline each one.
How are customers and businesses notified?
Metingz sends automated booking alerts and reminders by WhatsApp or email.
How do credits work?
Bookings on Metingz use a simple credit system. If an appointment request is declined or cancelled, the credits are refunded automatically. You can read more on our FAQ page.
Is Metingz available outside India?
Metingz is currently operational only within India.
