Metingz Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Metingz Technology Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Metingz digital appointment management platform and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Territorial scope: The Services are currently operational only within India. By using Metingz, you represent that you are accessing and using the Services from within India.

Corporate Details

Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Metingz is a digital appointment management platform that helps businesses and individuals schedule, manage, and track appointments in a simple and structured way. The platform enables businesses such as salons, clinics, and service providers to register, set working hours, list services with pricing, and activate a public booking page with a QR code. Customers can scan the QR or visit the link, select a service, choose a date and time, and request an appointment without making calls.

Metingz supports three types of appointments:

Platform Features

Metingz includes powerful features such as dashboards for both businesses and users, real-time booking management, automated notifications (via WhatsApp or email), analytics to track performance, and tools for customer engagement. The platform replaces manual scheduling, reduces missed appointments, and improves efficiency by standardizing how appointments are created and managed.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain the availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that may temporarily affect service availability.

Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

Credit System

Metingz operates on a credit-based system where:

• Credits are required to create and confirm appointments
• Credits can be purchased through our platform
• Credits are refunded if appointment requests are declined or canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy
• Credit pricing and requirements are subject to change
• Unused credits may expire according to our credit policy

Payment Terms

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By purchasing credits, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information
• Pay all charges incurred by your account
• Authorize us to charge your chosen payment method
• Accept our refund policy as stated during purchase

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, and rules made thereunder.

Our Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Metingz Technology Private Limited and our licensors.

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or share through our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to use, host, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Data Processing

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (when in force). By using our Services, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will meet your specific requirements
• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results that may be obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the Services will meet your expectations

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you have paid to us in the last 12 months, or
• Indian Rupees 5,000 (INR 5,000)

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in Chennai, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us and you individually. You may not join or consolidate claims with other users.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
