In the navbar, select Register your business and fill in your clinic's profile: your business details, working hours, and the consultations or services you offer with their prices.

Patients scan the code, choose a service, date and time, and send a request. You confirm or decline, and everyone is notified by WhatsApp or email.

Choose Book a Service from the navbar to see the businesses and services available on Metingz.

Choose a business or service
Pick the clinic or service you want and open the business's public page.

Choose a time and send your request
Select the service, date and time on the business's page and send your request. The clinic confirms or declines it, and you are notified by WhatsApp or email.
Have a QR code from your clinic? Scan it with your phone camera to open that clinic's booking page directly.

How does a clinic get started with Metingz?
Create a Metingz account, then select “Register your business” in the navbar and fill in your clinic's profile with your working hours and services. Once your public booking page is active, you get a QR code and booking link to share with patients.
Can patients book without calling the clinic?
Yes. Patients scan your QR code or open your booking link, choose a service, date and time, and send an appointment request. They can also sign up, select “Book a Service” in the navbar, and find your business from there.
Do we have to confirm every appointment?
Patients send appointment requests, and you confirm or decline each one. That way you stay in control of your schedule.
Do patients need to install an app?
No. Metingz runs in the web browser, so scanning your QR code or opening your link is enough.
How are patients reminded?
Metingz sends automated booking alerts and reminders by WhatsApp or email.
Does Metingz store medical records?
No. Metingz is built for scheduling appointments. It is not a medical records system, so please keep clinical details out of appointment requests.
How do credits work?
Bookings on Metingz use a simple credit system. If an appointment request is declined or cancelled, the credits are refunded automatically. You can read more on our FAQ page.
Is Metingz available outside India?
Metingz is currently operational only within India.
