  2. Register your business

    In the navbar, select Register your business and fill in your salon's profile: your business details, working hours, and the services you offer with their prices.

  3. Activate your public booking page

    Metingz gives your salon a public booking page with a unique QR code, ready to share with customers.

  4. Share your QR code and manage requests

    Customers scan the code, choose a service, date and time, and send a request. You confirm or decline, and everyone is notified by WhatsApp or email.

    Select the service, date and time on the business's page and send your request. The salon confirms or declines it, and you are notified by WhatsApp or email.

Create a Metingz account, then select “Register your business” in the navbar and fill in your business profile with your working hours and services. Once your public booking page is active, you get a QR code and booking link to share with customers.

Do my customers need to install an app?

No. Metingz runs in the web browser. Customers scan your QR code with their phone camera, or open your booking link, and your booking page opens right away.

Can I decide which bookings to accept?

Yes. Customers send appointment requests, and you confirm or decline each one.

Can customers book my salon without a QR code?

Yes. After signing up, a customer can select “Book a Service” in the navbar, choose a business or service, and book from that business's public page.

How are customers and salon owners notified?

Metingz sends automated booking alerts and reminders by WhatsApp or email, so both sides know what is happening with each request.

How do credits work?

Bookings on Metingz use a simple credit system. If an appointment request is declined or cancelled, the credits are refunded automatically. You can read more on our FAQ page.

Is Metingz available outside India?
